By accessing or using Vivid, including the website, desktop application, and related services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You are responsible for making sure your use of Vivid is lawful in your jurisdiction and appropriate for your organization or personal use. Vivid provides desktop and cloud-assisted tools for video enhancement, processing, and related workflows. Features may change over time, and some features may be experimental, limited, or region-specific. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activities that occur under your account. You agree not to abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use Vivid to violate law, third-party rights, or platform restrictions. Vivid, its branding, software, website content, and related materials are owned by Dusk Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create or process with Vivid, subject to the rights required for us to provide the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vivid will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the service. We may provide downloads, release notes, checks, hashes, or third-party verification links to help users evaluate builds. You are responsible for reviewing security warnings on your operating system and deciding whether to install a build. We may suspend or terminate access to Vivid if we believe a user is violating these Terms, creating security risk, abusing resources, or creating legal exposure for the service. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date on this page. Continued use of Vivid after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
